If you are on a Power Plan, support is limited to error reports. More often than not, differences in data are due to methodology differences. All other questions from Power Plan members will be answered on a best efforts basis.
If you are on a Start-up, Enterprise, or Bespoke plan, you will receive a response. Bespoke plan members may also call our phone number when any questions they may have. If you are on this plan, expect a response usually within the same business day.
